Services

Hope for Change has been developed by a group of people who are involved in providing practical support to people who are homeless and/or begging in Bolton, but we know that there are many groups in Bolton that provide additional support. A few of them are listed below.

Bolton Council

Housing Options

We provide referrals to temporary accommodation for homeless people.

If you see someone bedded down and actually rough sleeping, please contact us.

At times of cold or severe weather conditions we will try to secure additional emergency provision for those who may be sleeping rough.

Anybody needing assistance should come directly to the Housing Options service at the Town Hall to discuss what assistance may be available. We will be able to assess their individual needs, get a personal plan in place, and begin to liaise with a wide range of partners who may be able to help.

Bolton at Home

Bolton at Home

Bolton at Home are the largest provider of social housing in Bolton. In addition to accommodation we provide a range of support services including:

  • Tenancy support
